Account and registration

No. Our terms of use allow one account per person. If you try to open a second account using the same identity documents, email, phone number, or payment method, we will close the duplicate account and may restrict your original account. This rule helps us prevent fraud and money-laundering activity. If you have forgotten your password or username, contact our support team to recover access to your existing account — do not open a new one. If you believe your account has been compromised, we can help you reset it securely.

We will close your account within 1–2 business days. After closure, you cannot log in or access your betting history. However, we retain transaction records for 7 years as required by anti-money-laundering law — these are not deleted. If you have a balance remaining, you must withdraw it before we can close your account. We will not reopen a closed account — if you want to return to massatoto, you must open a new account with the same identity documents.
